Repair of freight wagons

Polski Tabor Szynowy – Wagon performs inspections and repairs in accordance with DSU according to maintenance levels P2, P3, P4, P5, as well as repairs and inspections in accordance with VPI-EMG G4.0, G4.2, G4.8 and reconstructions and modernizations of all types of freight wagons, in particular:

  • platform wagons with bogies of normal construction (type R, K, O)
  • platform wagons with bogies of special construction (type S, L)
  • tank wagons (type Z) – without tank repair or inspection
  • wagons with opening roof (type T)
  • covered wagons of normal construction (type G)
  • covered wagons of special construction (type H)
  • special wagons (type U)

Repair and regeneration of parts

Polski Tabor Szynowy – Wagon also repairs and regenerates parts, assemblies and subassemblies for freight wagons, such as:

  • complete bogies, bogie frames
  • wheel sets
  • complete axle boxes with bearings
  • elements of the suspension of the rolling stock running system
  • draw-bumper devices
  • brake parts and air brake fittings
  • unloading mechanisms
  • external devices
