Polski Tabor Szynowy, owned by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. is a unique entity on the Polish railway market, which, as of 1 February 2022, became the owner of an organized part of the enterprise of Europejskie Konsorcjum Kolejowe WAGON Sp. z o. o. in bankruptcy, covering production plants in Ostrów Wielkopolski and Kalisz.

President of the Management Board
President of the Polski Tabor Szynowy – Wagon since June 2020. Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in transport and forwarding completed at the Warsaw School of Economics, and the ARGO program organized by the National School of Public Administration and IESE Business School. He has many years of experience in the railway market where he held many positions, including: the General Director of the Office of Rail Transport, the Vice-President of the Office of Rail Transport responsible for the regulatory area or the chairman of the European Association of Non-Ferrous Regulators of the Railway Market (iRG – Rail). Focused on implementing the adopted strategy and developing railways in Poland. He supervised and carried out the process of purchasing the enterprise of Europejskie Konsorcjum Kolejowe WAGON Sp. z o. o.
