Polski Tabor Szynowy, owned by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. is a unique entity on the Polish railway market, which, as of 1 February 2022, became the owner of an organized part of the enterprise of Europejskie Konsorcjum Kolejowe WAGON Sp. z o. o. in bankruptcy, covering production plants in Ostrów Wielkopolski and Kalisz.

Master of Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology, participant of numerous courses and trainings in the field of production process optimisation. Executor of many projects within a given budget and deadline, ensuring a high-quality result. Many years of experience in business development and implementation of new solutions, often applied in the automotive industry. Co-founder and long-time activist of the Railway Cluster Association in Greater Poland voivodship as Vice-President of the Board, member of the Regional Economic Council and of many commercial boards of limited liability companies.
